We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategy with experience in Saudi market

Job Purpose

The Digital Marketing Strategy Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that support business growth, increase brand visibility, and maximize return on investment (ROI) across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop short-term and long-term digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new digital opportunities.

Collaborate with social media, Media Buying, Content, Design, and Sales teams to ensure effective strategy execution.

Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.

Optimize campaign performance to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).

Oversee content direction and ensure alignment with the brand's strategic positioning.

Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Looker Studio, and CRM systems for data-driven decision-making.

Test new marketing channels, funnels, automation flows, and A/B testing scenarios.

Requirements

  • 310 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Strategy.
  • Strong hands-on experience in strategy development, not execution only.
  • experience working with the Saudi market (KSA)
  • Deep understanding of digital channels including:
  • Social Media
  • Paid Media
  • SEO / SEM
  • Email Marketing
  • Marketing Funnels
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
  • Preferred: Experience in the Saudi market or within marketing agencies.

KPIs

  • Achieving lead generation and sales growth targets.
  • Improving ROI / ROAS across digital campaigns.
  • Increasing conversion rate and reducing CPA.
  • Delivering strategy execution within agreed timelines.
