Role Description

The Digital Marketing Team Leader will be responsible for leading the digital marketing function, developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, and driving brand visibility and lead generation across all digital platforms. The role involves managing a team, aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives, and ensuring optimal campaign performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Lead the planning and execution of corporate digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and growth plans.
  • Oversee campaign performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs, ROI targets, and business objectives.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, manage, and develop the digital marketing and graphic team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Assign tasks, monitor deliverables, and provide coaching and performance feedback.
  • Support team development in content creation, analytics, directions and digital tools.

Digital Presence & Brand Management

  • Manage and optimize the company's digital presence (website, LinkedIn, and social media platforms).
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and strong corporate communication across all channels.
  • Oversee content strategy, including bilingual (English & Arabic) content creation and publishing.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and other platforms.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
  • Prepare dashboards and monthly performance reports for management.

B2B Marketing & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Develop B2B-focused marketing initiatives to support sales and business development teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and HR to align campaigns with operational and business priorities.
  • Support lead generation and customer engagement strategies.

Budget & Market Analysis

  • Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize spending efficiency.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance digital reach and performance.

Agency Management

  • Act as the focal point between the company and outsourcing agencies.
  • Manage communication, deliverables, and performance of external partners.
  • Ensure alignment of agency activities with company strategy, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 57 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 12 years in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Strong expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and PPC.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing digital campaigns and paid ads.
  • Hands-on experience in bilingual content creation (English & Arabic).
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and corporate communication strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
