Job Description

Type: Full-time (Dubai Resident Candidates Preferred.)

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the execution, and optimization of online marketing efforts, focusing primarily on Google AdWords and Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of management and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Assist in the creation, implementation, and management of digital ad campaigns across Google AdWords and Paid social platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance, focusing on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Track KPIs and produce detailed performance reports to present to the Digital Media Manager and wider marketing team.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in managing the allocated budget for digital campaigns, ensuring that spending aligns with strategic goals and provides the best possible ROI.

Collaboration:

  • Support the Digital Media Manager in various tasks related to digital media planning and execution.

Research & Learning:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising, particularly within Google AdWords and Paid Social platforms
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve your digital marketing skills.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in managing Google AdWords and paid social campaigns.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google AdWords and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of SEO is a plus.
