Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Monetization & Ad Operations Manager to lead and optimize digital advertising operations across multiple platforms, ensuring strong revenue performance, monetization efficiency, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Manage end-to-end ad operations across web, mobile apps, CTV/OTT, and social platforms
  • Handle campaign trafficking, setup, and optimization through ad serving platforms
  • Monitor revenue performance, fill rates, and yield optimization across all digital inventory
  • Manage programmatic partnerships and ensure high monetization efficiency
  • Oversee ad delivery quality, pacing, troubleshooting, and reporting
  • Support monetization across social media platforms and ensure policy compliance
  • Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to maintain stable revenue growth

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Programmatic Advertising, or Digital Monetization
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM)
  • Strong knowledge of SSPs, DSPs, and programmatic ecosystem
  • Experience with platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills using Google Analytics / Looker Studio
  • Experience in publisher, media, ad-tech, or digital media environments
  • Strong problem-solving, ownership mindset, and attention to detail
