We are seeking a high-calibre Digital Performance Marketing Manager for our Corporate Marketing Department, responsible for driving measurable business growth through data-driven digital marketing strategies. This role focuses on analyzing, optimizing, and reporting on paid and owned digital channels to improve ROI, customer acquisition, and conversion performance. Working closely with the Corporate Marketing Team, this role translates performance insights into strategic recommendations that support corporate marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Performance & Optimization:

  • Monitor and optimize performance across digital channels including paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, SEO, email, and website analytics.
  • Analyze funnel performance (awareness conversion retention) and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale
  • Conduct testing on ads, landing pages, creatives, and messaging to improve conversion rates
  • Manage budgets and pacing to ensure optimal allocation and ROI

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Track KPIs, conversion rates, engagement, and attribution metrics
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to the Corporate Marketing Team and senior stakeholders
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and executive-level summaries

Strategy & Planning Support:

  • Support the Corporate Marketing Team in digital strategy development, campaign planning, and forecasting
  • Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities using first- and third-party data
  • Provide competitive and market performance analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate on annual marketing plans and performance targets

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with brand, content, CRM, sales, and external agencies to ensure alignment between performance and brand objectives
  • Work with web and product teams to improve site performance and conversion paths
  • Support data governance and tagging implementation

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 56 years of experience in digital performance marketing, analytics, or marketing intelligence, with at least 2 years in similar role.
  • Experience reporting to senior marketing leadership or executive stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience with marketing attribution models and performance forecasting.
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets skills, good experience in working with dashboard and Power BI
  • Ability to leverage Power BI and marketing dashboards to drive data-led decisions and optimize marketing spend.
  • Strong analytical & critical- thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused and can work in a highly fast-pased, performance-driven environment
