Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Services Senior Manager (Chapter Lead) to lead and scale digital service experiences across the organization.

In this role, you will drive the delivery of high-quality digital services, lead cross-functional squads, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the digital services strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead cross-functional digital squads and ensure delivery excellence
  • Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of digital platforms
  • Establish standards and best practices for digital services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into digital solutions
  • Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and accessibility requirements
  • Mentor team members and build a strong digital services capability
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and support their adoption

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • 9–12 years of relevant experience in digital services or digital transformation
  • Experience leading digital initiatives or cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and user-centric design
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in enterprise digital transformation
  • Agile / SAFe certifications
