We are looking for a Digital Services Senior Manager (Chapter Lead) to lead and scale digital service experiences across the organization.
In this role, you will drive the delivery of high-quality digital services, lead cross-functional squads, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the digital services strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead cross-functional digital squads and ensure delivery excellence
- Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of digital platforms
- Establish standards and best practices for digital services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into digital solutions
- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and accessibility requirements
- Mentor team members and build a strong digital services capability
- Evaluate emerging technologies and support their adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 9–12 years of relevant experience in digital services or digital transformation
- Experience leading digital initiatives or cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and user-centric design
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in enterprise digital transformation
- Agile / SAFe certifications
