Digital Services Senior Manager :
The Digital Services Manager is responsible for defining, leading, and scaling digital service experiences and backend development across the organization. This role provides strategic and strong technical leadership, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality digital services aligned with business objectives. The Chapter Lead oversees multidisciplinary squads and drives best practices across digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the digital services and backend development strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead digital services development engineers within cross‑functional squads, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of digital service platforms.
- Establish standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for digital services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into digital capabilities.
- Ensure digital solutions comply with security, performance, and accessibility requirements.
- Mentor and develop chapter members; build a high‑performing digital services community.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
Job Requirements
Digital Services Senior Manager:
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with custom development technologies, including Java Spring Boot–based applications.
- Proven experience leading digital service or transformation functions.
- Strong understanding of user‑centric design, digital platforms, and integrated services.
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong experience in modern architectural design and related technical disciplines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise digital transformation at scale.
- Certifications in Agile, SAFe, or similar frameworks.
- Architectural certification such as TOGAF, AWS, Azure, or equivalent is a plus.
