We are hiring for a leading Asset Management company. The company focuses on managing and growing a wide-ranging real estate portfolio that includes residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality properties, catering to diverse segments of Dubai's market.

Company's portfolio is distinguished by its substantial size and variety, encompassing iconic properties such as freehold developments, mixed-use communities, hotels, and retail spaces. The company engages in high-profile development projects and focuses on quality and sustainability across its asset management practices. Its work supports Dubai's long-term economic and tourism goals, making it a critical player in the region's real estate landscape.

Role Objective:

The Digital Solution Senior Manager is responsible for leading the digital solution competency within IT, ensuring technology capabilities are effectively leveraged to drive business value, innovation, and transformation.

This role leads a team of Digital Solution Experts, each specializing in a specific technology SAP ERP, SAP SAC, Salesforce, Oracle unifier, Sprinklr from business domain and capability of the technology Digital Experience, Mobility, Automation, Data Platforms, etc.), accountable for deep understanding of their technology stack end-to-end from capability and configuration to integration and business impact.

The Digital Solution Senior Manager acts as the strategic bridge between business requirements and technology enablement, proactively advising business leaders on opportunities for improvement, optimization, and innovation through digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Solution Leadership

  • Lead the Digital Solution team, ensuring each technology domain has a designated expert responsible for its full lifecycle knowledge capabilities, configuration, integration, and innovation potential.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology capability map that supports enterprise strategy and digital transformation.
  • Promote proactive identification of technology-driven business opportunities and improvements.

2. Business Engagement & Solution Advisory

  • Partner closely with Portfolio Managers during early business discussions to advise on potential solutions and technology capabilities.
  • Participate in business ideation and requirement sessions to propose optimal solutions based on existing and emerging technologies.
  • Translate business needs into feasible technology options, balancing speed, scalability, and cost.

3. Solution Design & Architecture Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with the Application Development & Maintenance Senior Manager to design and validate solutions, determining when to configure existing platforms versus build new components.
  • Partner with the Enterprise Architecture (EA) team to ensure all solutions are aligned with enterprise data models, integration frameworks, and architectural standards.
  • Ensure solution designs consider performance, scalability, integration, and long-term sustainability.
  • Oversee creation of high-level solution blueprints and ensure smooth transition from design to delivery phases.

4. Technology Capability Management

  • Maintain deep knowledge of the digital platforms, tools, and technologies within the organization's ecosystem (CRM, mobile apps, portals, integration middleware, RPA, analytics, etc.).
  • Assess new and emerging technologies to continuously enhance IT's capability offering.
  • Lead technology capability reviews to identify gaps, redundancies, and modernization opportunities.
  • Partner with vendors and external technology partners to evaluate, pilot, and integrate new digital solutions.

5. Governance, Quality, and Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure that all proposed solutions comply with IT governance, cybersecurity, and architectural standards.
  • Establish a review mechanism for solution quality, consistency, and reusability across projects.
  • Promote continuous learning and knowledge sharing among Digital Solution Experts to maintain leading-edge competency.
  • Contribute to the overall IT transformation journey by driving innovation, simplification, and standardization of the digital landscape.
