Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end QA delivery across Functional, Non-Functional, and UAT testing for mid-to-large scale transformation programs.
  • Manage QA activities across key Airline systems: PSS, Reservations, Ticketing, DCS, CheckIn, GDS (Amadeus) for both Web and Mobile channels.
  • Guide and mentor testing teams to deliver high-quality and reliable software products.
  • Oversee the full testing lifecycle including planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
  • Act as a key communication bridge between IT, business, and crossfunctional teams.
  • Provide strong expertise in Web Application, Middleware, and Interface testing.
  • Utilize ALM tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira for test metrics, tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage risks and issues proactively within ALM tools to ensure timely resolution.
  • Implement and refine testing tools, processes, and frameworks to optimize quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Agile release teams to support seamless releases and adherence to best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement across QA processes and methodologies.
  • Foster a strong culture of quality, ownership, and excellence within the QA organization.

Requirements

  • Must have prior experience managing QA for a mid-to-large transformation program.
  • Strong domain experience in Airline systems (PSS, Amadeus, Ticketing, DCS, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
