Role Summary
The Digital Transformation Advisor will lead, advise, and drive the organization's digital strategy by assessing current processes, identifying transformation opportunities, and recommending technology-enabled solutions to optimize business performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop digital transformation roadmap aligned with business strategy and priorities.
- Evaluate current processes and identify areas for automation, modernization, and digital enhancement.
- Recommend suitable digital tools, platforms, and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Guide leadership and business units in adopting new systems, solutions, and digital initiatives.
- Lead discussions on digital governance, change management, innovation, cloud adoption, and automation.
- Conduct market research on digital trends and propose best practices for continuous improvement.
- Engage with vendors, technology partners, and internal teams to deliver digital projects successfully.
- Monitor performance of digital initiatives and measure ROI / business value.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, data protection, cybersecurity standards, and digital policies.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years experience in Digital Transformation, Strategy Consulting, or Technology Advisory.
- Strong experience in digital strategy development, process improvement, and technology adoption.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, automation tools, data analytics, AI, and enterprise systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional advisory experience.
- Proven ability to drive transformation projects from proposal to execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Preferred Background
- Experience in Banking / Financial Services / Government sector preferred.
- PMP / TOGAF / ITIL / Lean Six Sigma or similar certification is an advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's in IT / Computer Science / Business / Engineering.
