We are hiring for a Director of Digital Transformation role as part of their Emiratisation mandate.
This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving large-scale digital and operational transformation across a highly regulated environment, with a strong focus on governance, service enablement, and sustainable change.
Role Overview
The Director will lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, aligning technology, operations, and policy to support organizational strategy and countrywide digital agendas. The role requires close collaboration with senior leadership, regulators, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable impact at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and shape the organization's digital transformation roadmap in line with the countrywide and organizational priorities
- Drive transformation across operations, services, platforms, and governance frameworks
- Oversee complex, multi-stakeholder programs within a highly regulated environment
- Ensure strong alignment between business objectives, digital capabilities, and regulatory requirements
- Establish and embed effective operating models, policies, and change management practices
- Engage with executive leadership, government entities, and external partners to deliver outcomes
- Monitor performance, value realization, and long-term sustainability of transformation initiatives
Ideal Background
- UAEN (this role is part of an Emiratisation initiative)
- Senior leadership experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, or enterprise transformation
- Background in highly regulated sectors
- Strong experience with governance, operating models, large-scale programs, and stakeholder management
- Ability to balance strategic vision with execution in complex environments
