We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Transformation & Innovation Specialist to drive digital transformation initiatives and support governance, enterprise architecture, and innovation practices in alignment with organizational objectives and national standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the digital transformation strategy and implementation plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and national IT governance frameworks.
- Monitor and enhance the Digital Transformation Governance Framework.
- Support and oversee digital transformation projects.
- Review technical RFPs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
- Monitor compliance with Digital Government Authority (Qiyas) standards and KPIs.
- Support digital maturity improvement and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Prepare performance and compliance reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital transformation or related areas.
- 2+ years of experience in digital transformation standards and measurement.
