We are looking for a strong Digital Transformation Manager to drive key digital initiatives and help build a truly digital-first, distribution-led insurer.
Role focus:
• Define and execute the digital product & transformation roadmap aligned with business and distribution strategy • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle – from ideation and requirements to delivery and continuous improvement • Drive CRM implementation and optimization to enhance customer, broker, and partner journeys • Lead digitalization across core insurance functions (underwriting, policy admin, claims, servicing, finance and other functions) and integrate them seamlessly with distribution channels • Champion a user-centric approach, improving experience, usability, and adoption across all digital platforms • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and service optimization • Manage stakeholders across business, distribution, tech, and leadership, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and smooth execution • Manage external vendors and partners to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
What we're looking for:
• Someone with strong experience in digital/product management or transformation roles • Proven experience in CRM platforms, system integrations, and digital ecosystems • Hands-on exposure to agile delivery and managing complex digital programs • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience in insurance or regulated environments preferred • Strong problem-solving and execution mindset.
