Medicova is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Manager in the healthcare sector for a contract-based opportunity. As a Digital Transformation Manager, you will lead and execute key initiatives to drive business and operational transformation within the healthcare sector. This hybrid role is based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for partial remote work. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing digital transformation strategies, utilizing design thinking frameworks to innovate processes, and working closely with stakeholders to align business goals with strategic objectives. You will also oversee the integration of new technologies and evaluate their impact on business operations.

• Expertise in Digital Transformation and Business Transformation methodologies
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in using data to inform decisions
• Proven success in Consulting and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in utilizing Design Thinking frameworks to drive innovation
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
• At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation leadership roles
• Solid understanding of the healthcare sector and its unique challenges
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions
