Digital Transformation Project Manager

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager. This role involves automating processes, revamping UI/UX, and integrating with government entities to streamline legal procedures and improve user experience for citizens, legal professionals, and government bodies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Automation: Automate processes to significantly reduce service completion times.
  • UI/UX Enhancement: Design a user-friendly, configurable platform to improve case processing speed and user satisfaction.
  • System Integration: Integrate with government entities for seamless real-time data exchange and streamlined legal transactions.
  • AI & Automation: Implement AI-driven case tracking and automate document generation.
  • Data Insights: Develop real-time dashboards and analytics to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Customer Support Optimization: Automate inquiries and case follow-ups.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital transformation and process automation.
  • Strong background in UI/UX design, AI, and system integration.
  • Experience with managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
