Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce Digital Twin technical standards, data governance frameworks, and quality assurance protocols to support reliable analytics and reporting.
- Lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of Digital Twin solutions that integrate physical assets with their virtual counterparts to enable real-time performance monitoring, simulation, and insight generation.
- Establish and maintain real-time data feeds from sensors, IoT devices, and project systems to continuously update the Digital Twin, ensuring accurate reflection of physical conditions throughout design, construction, and operations.
- Develop and implement predictive analytics models using historical and real-time data to forecast asset performance, maintenance needs, risk events, and system behaviors.
- Configure and optimize dashboards, visualization interfaces, and analytics tools for real-time monitoring, alerts, anomaly detection, and decision support.
- Coordinate with BIM, GIS, IT, sensor/IoT integrators, and data science teams to ensure seamless data architecture, interoperability, and platform integration across systems.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders (designers, contractors, operators, and client representatives) to capture requirements, define key performance metrics, and ensure Digital Twin outputs support operational and business needs.
- Support risk identification and mitigation by integrating predictive analytics outputs into project risk management processes.
- Train project teams on Digital Twin tools, visualization platforms, and analytics interpretation to ensure broad understanding and adoption.
- Document Digital Twin workflows, integration methodologies, analytics routines, and operational procedures for knowledge transfer and handover.
- Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, BIM management Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
- Develop procedures to facilitate sharing of content and knowledge throughout Hill international.
- Coordinate with regional office for technical support required to ensure the correctness and completeness of the information production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, GIS, or related discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 1012 years professional experience, with at least 46 years directly involved in Digital Twin, smart infrastructure, real-time systems, or advanced analytics on major infrastructure, mixed-use, or smart city projects.
- Proven experience in implementing Digital Twin solutions that enable real-time monitoring, simulation, and predictive analytics across construction and/or operational environments.
- Demonstrated experience integrating IoT sensors, monitoring systems, BIM, GIS, and operational platforms into unified analytical environments.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, cloud platforms, dashboards, and visualization tools used for real-time monitoring and decision support.
- Experience working in a PMC or client-representative environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
- Strong report-writing skills for preparing technical documentation, analytical reports, dashboards narratives, and executive-level presentations.
