Role Overview:
The Digital Workplace Services Engineer supports Otis group B countries strategy by enabling a modern, secure, and efficient digital workplace. The role focuses on telecommunications, PC and hardware/software asset management, and highquality support services to allow employees to work securely from anywhere.
On a typical day you will:
- Align workplace services with enterprise strategies and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance, standardization, and full lifecycle management of all workplace assets and services.
- Support and manage relationships with key suppliers; drive service improvements and operational excellence.
- Standardize and support telecommunications operations and products.
- Use and maintain ServiceNow, including the CMDB, following Otis standards.
- Collaborate with global architecture and support teams.
- Provide timely resolution of incidents and service requests within workplace services scope.
- Communicate technical issues clearly and assist in remediation activities.
- Participate in project planning and execution.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
- ITIL certification or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong technical background and relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft collaboration technologies (O365, Exchange, Lync/Skype, Teams).
- English language proficiency.
