We are looking for a results-driven Direct Marketing Specialist to support our sales and business development operations through structured client communication and quotation management.
Role Overview
The Direct Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing direct outreach primarily through email communication, preparing professional quotations, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales cycle until deal closure. This role focuses on relationship building, pipeline management, and securing projects through consistent and strategic communication.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute direct email communication with prospective and existing clients
Prepare, review, and send detailed quotations aligned with company standards
Follow up on submitted offers and maintain consistent client engagement
Coordinate internally with technical and costing teams to ensure accurate proposals
Maintain organized records of communications and quotations
Track opportunities and support deal closure through structured follow-ups
Assist in nurturing long-term B2B relationships
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent email etiquette and professional presentation
Ability to prepare structured and accurate quotations
Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Basic understanding of sales cycles and B2B client management
CRM experience is a plus
