Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Agent, based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility to work partially from home. The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable products and services. Daily responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves preparing sales presentations, following up with leads, and staying informed on insurance and financial product offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Knowledge in Finance and Sales with the ability to understand and explain financial products
• Proven ability to meet performance goals and work in a target-driven environment
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in hybrid settings
• Previous experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
