Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Sales Agent based in Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt. The Direct Sales Agent will focus on selling insurance products and financial solutions to both new and existing customers. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, identifying and addressing customer needs, and achieving sales targets. The agent will also conduct client meetings, provide financial advice, and stay informed about company products and market trends to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build relationships and effectively interact with diverse customers
• Customer Service expertise to address client needs and provide excellent support
• Sales and Finance knowledge to develop customized solutions and achieve sales targets
• Proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented mindset
• A bachelor's degree is a must
• Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus
• Minimum age 25
