This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Agent, based in New Cairo with opportunities for remote work. The Direct Sales Agent will focus on identifying and approaching potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering personalized insurance and financial products. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets while adhering to company guidelines and ethical standards.

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively
• Customer Service expertise to ensure a satisfied and loyal client base
• Knowledge in Finance and Sales to offer tailored insurance and financial solutions
• Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
