Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Direct Sales Agent based in Cairo, Egypt. The Direct Sales Agent will focus on acquiring and serving customers by presenting appropriate insurance and financial products tailored to meet their needs. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and reaching out to potential clients, conducting in-person consultations, maintaining a strong understanding of company products, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service. The role requires proactive client engagement, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering solutions that align with customers financial objectives.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction
- Knowledge and experience in finance and sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English are desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
