Role Description

As a full-time Healthcare Advocate, you will deliver exceptional support and solutions to customers in the healthcare field. Your daily responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and providing accurate and empathetic assistance to ensure a high level of satisfaction. This is an on-site role, located in Cairo, Egypt, where you'll be part of a dynamic, service-oriented environment focused on excellence in healthcare support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking capabilities
• Experience in customer service or healthcare-related roles is a plus
• Familiarity with healthcare industry practices and terminology is advantageous
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
