Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Heliopolis, offering the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely. The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with potential clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored investment solutions. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and staying informed about market trends and MetLife's products and services. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service and fostering trust as a brand representative.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Proven sales experience with excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Basic understanding of Financial principles and products to assist with financial planning and investment discussions.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively in a dynamic team environment and independently in a remote or hybrid setup.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability to market changes.
