Role Description The Direct Sales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling MetLife Investment Management products and services to individual and institutional clients in Cairo, Egypt. This full-time hybrid role involves meeting clients in person and virtually, identifying their financial needs, and recommending suitable investment and insurance solutions in line with company guidelines. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, explaining product features and benefits, and following up to close sales and build long-term relationships. The role also includes handling client inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account servicing. Some work from home is acceptable, while regular on-site presence is expected for client meetings, team collaboration, and training.

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build trust, understand client needs, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and active listening.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing techniques, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge, such as understanding investment products, risk/return concepts, and basic financial planning principles.
- Relevant experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or investment management is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and use digital tools (CRM systems, MS Office) efficiently.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred, with a strong ethical mindset and adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.
