Role Description This full-time Direct Sales role is based in Heliopolis and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The Direct Sales professional will proactively identify and approach prospective customers, present MetLife's insurance and financial products, and guide customers in selecting solutions that fit their needs. Daily activities include conducting sales meetings, following up on leads, managing a sales pipeline, and achieving assigned sales and revenue targets. The role also involves providing responsive customer service, handling inquiries, and supporting policyholders to encourage long-term relationships and customer satisfaction. The individual will collaborate with colleagues, participate in training sessions, and stay informed about MetLife products, market trends, and compliance requirements.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening abilities.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on managing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing, and managing a sales pipeline to meet targets.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to learn new products quickly and share knowledge with customers and colleagues.
- Relevant experience in direct sales, financial services, or insurance is highly beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills, goal orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment are preferred.
- Working knowledge of basic computer applications and CRM systems, along with good organizational and time management skills, is advantageous.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
