Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Manager, based in Cairo, Egypt, with some flexibility to work from home. The Direct Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, supervising and supporting sales teams, and ensuring team productivity. Responsibilities include managing sales goals, generating leads, refining sales strategies, training team members, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Team Management and Training for enhancing team performance
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and customers
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Lead Generation activities with measurable outcomes
- Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage
- Adaptability and capability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
