Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Manager based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. The Direct Sales Manager will manage and oversee sales teams, set goals, and develop strategies to exceed sales targets. The role includes leading the team to achieve lead generation objectives, providing training to develop team skills, and establishing strong communication channels within the team and with stakeholders. The manager will also monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Team Management and the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Sales and Lead Generation with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Experience in delivering Training to enhance team performance and professional growth
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Understanding of the financial services or insurance industry is highly beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
