This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Representative based in Cairo, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work. The role involves selling MetLife's insurance and financial solutions, identifying and approaching potential clients, providing product information, and tailoring solutions to meet customer needs. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with team members to ensure client satisfaction.

• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and present solutions
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction expertise to build lasting client relationships
• Proven Sales abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in Training others or being willing to learn and adapt to new sales techniques
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a hybrid work model
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
