Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand their goals and data needs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver impactful data analytics projects
- Lead change management efforts to drive data literacy and a data-driven culture across business units
- Develop and implement strategies for data-driven transformation and insights
- Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the impact of data initiatives on business outcomes
- Act as the primary voice for the Data Analytics Department in business forums
- Translate complex analytical insights into actionable business recommendations for non-technical audiences
- Identify opportunities to improve business engagement processes and data workflows
- Promote best practices in data governance, data quality, and compliance
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field
- Master's degree or MBA is preferred
- 10+ years in business engagement, analytics, or related field
- 5 years in a senior leadership role
