Job Description

The Director of Client Acquisition & Relationship will lead the company's business development strategy, focusing on acquiring new clients and strengthening relationships with key accounts across the finance and consulting sectors. The role requires strong networking, strategic planning, and leadership capabilities to drive revenue growth and expand the company's client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic client acquisition plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in company setup, financial advisory, and consulting services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, investors, and business owners.
  • Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals.
  • Develop tailored solutions for clients operating across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 810 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or relationship management.
  • Proven experience within financial services, consulting, or professional services sectors.
  • Strong network within the business community and investor ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of company formation, corporate structuring, and financial advisory services.
  • Ability to operate across multiple jurisdictions and cultural environments.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
