The Role
Scaling enterprise payment solutions with new regulatory approvals across key markets. Our fiat infrastructure determines competitive edge—coverage and depth drive pricing and scale. As we target high-growth regions and optimize costs, we need a payments strategist to design channel architectures and secure partnerships that accelerate revenue.
Payment strategies shift rapidly. We seek someone who grasps customer needs and product dynamics, converting infrastructure into differentiated advantages. You'll navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems and constant change—but if you thrive leading through uncertainty, this role delivers massive impact.
What You'll Do
- Design multi-market payment channel frameworks: Identify optimal connectivity (banks, processors, local networks) to expand geographic reach
- Secure and manage C-suite banking/processing relationships: Drive strategic alliances that create mutual growth opportunities
- Evaluate emerging tech impact: Propose AI-driven routing, risk management, and compliance optimization initiatives
- Orchestrate full-cycle channel deployments: Align commercial, legal, and technical teams from contract to go-live
- Provide strategic market insights: Analyze competitor infrastructure to guide investment and positioning decisions
What We're Looking For
Must-haves
- Built payment channel networks across multiple regions, navigating local infrastructure and compliance challenges
- Established banking/processing relationships in Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, or Latin America
- Closed strategic payment partnerships at the executive level
Strong-to-haves
- Background in crypto trading platforms, cross-border payments, fiat-crypto gateways, or enterprise payment systems
- Experience with correspondent banking relationships or fintech payment partnerships
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English
