Director - Enterprise Solutions Management

About the Role:

King Salman International Airport Development Company (KSIADC) is seeking an experienced Director Enterprise Solutions Management to lead enterprise platforms across airport operations, ensuring systems are scalable, integrated, and support critical business and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the overall strategy, planning, and governance of enterprise solutions across the organization.

Oversee implementation and lifecycle management of ERP, HCM, Finance, Procurement, and airport-related systems.

Ensure integration between enterprise systems and airport operational systems (e.g. passenger, baggage, operations platforms).

Drive system standardization, eliminating duplication and improving efficiency across platforms.

Define and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and architecture standards for all enterprise solutions.

Manage relationships with system vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers.

Oversee SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance to ensure service quality and system reliability.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and regulations (e.g. NCA, SDAIA).

Lead digital transformation initiatives across enterprise platforms to improve automation and user experience.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into system capabilities.

Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and release management processes.

Manage enterprise systems budget, cost optimization, and value realization (ROI).

Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery readiness, and incident management processes.

Act as escalation point for major system issues impacting airport operations.

Build and lead a high-performing team across solutions, applications, and support functions.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years in enterprise systems including leadership roles.
