The HR Director Operations is responsible for leading and managing all HR operational functions across the organization. This role ensures the effective delivery of HR services including employee relations, HR policies, performance management, workforce planning, compliance, and HR systems while aligning with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Strategy
- Lead and oversee day-to-day HR operations across all business units
- Develop and implement HR operational strategies aligned with business goals
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and followed
- Drive HR process improvements and operational efficiency
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Oversee employee relations matters and resolve complex HR issues
- Promote employee engagement initiatives and organizational culture
- Provide guidance to leadership on people-related matters
Talent Management & Workforce Planning
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational design
- Support talent management initiatives including succession planning
- Oversee performance management processes across departments
HR Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Manage HR audits and risk mitigation initiatives
- Maintain HR governance standards across operations
HR Systems & Reporting
- Oversee HRIS and HR data management
- Develop HR dashboards and reports for leadership
- Use data analytics to drive HR decision-making
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor HR operations team
- Drive performance and professional development within HR team
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree or HR certification preferred (CIPD, SHRM, etc.)
- 1215 years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in leadership role
- Strong experience in HR operations and strategic HR management
- Experience in large, multi-site organizations preferred
- Preferred language Tagalog speaker
