Overview
The Human Resources Operations Director will establish and lead all HR operational functions, including payroll, government compliance platforms, and expatriate visa systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage end-to-end payroll processes.
- Implement payroll systems and ensure compliance with Saudi labour, tax, and statutory regulations.
- Set up and maintain required government HR and compliance platforms.
- Establish visa and work-authorization systems for expatriate employees.
- Oversee immigration processes, renewals, and documentation compliance.
- Lead core HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, HR records, and reporting.
- Implement and optimize HRIS and digital HR tools.
- Build efficient, scalable HR processes suitable for a startup environment.
- Develop HR operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with government agencies and HR service providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of HR operations experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven experience establishing payroll systems, government platforms, and expatriate visa workflows.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment; agile, flexible, and solutions-oriented.
- Strong HRIS, process-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
