Focus, Scope, & Impact

  • Design and deliver massive intimacy w/ superb creativity = memorable & personalized experiences with maximum brand and commercial impact. Connect Data + Media (inc Retail)+ Culture + Commerce + Social + Partners making every moment of truth addressable and special for specific consumers and shoppers.
  • Integrated Marketing Experience will deploy Operating Unit capabilities to deliver consumer intimacy at scale, through world-class ideas and experiences that connects creativity, media, data, culture, and commerce.
  • Lead local connections agenda including media buying, retail media
  • Lead local social media, influencers and epics agenda
  • Drive local Studio X effectiveness and operating excellence.
  • Ensure locally relevant and highly effective content / shopper / design deployment and/ or the development of locally specific experiences
  • Lead a team of Subject Matter Experts (Media, content, Epics, etc)

Experience And Critical Requirement

  • Significant marketing and leadership experience (10 years+), with great focus on media, creativity, design, data/tech.
  • Acumen across relevant marketing disciplines: innovation, creative strategy, connections, design, category/brand positioning & growth strategy
  • Led scaled, complex, cross-functional and cross-geographical teams and projects
  • Led projects and capabilities that leverage Digital/ Data/ AI as edges
  • Led and developed teams directly and external partners (agencies)
