Description
* Lead the development and execution of a robust investment attraction strategy aligned with the project's masterplan, sectoral priorities, and national economic diversification goals (Vision 2030).
* Spearhead investor targeting initiatives, originating investment opportunities across key sectors such as hospitality, tourism, retail, mixed-use, logistics, infrastructure, and special economic zones.
* Build and maintain relationships with global and regional investors, sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms, institutional partners, and strategic operators.
* Oversee the end-to-end investment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, structuring, commercial negotiations, deal execution, and post-investment engagement.
* Represent the project at international forums, investment summits, and high-level government delegations to promote opportunities and attract marquee partners.
* Collaborate with legal, finance, planning, development, and delivery teams to ensure bankable, commercially attractive propositions for investors.
* Develop governance frameworks, investment policies, and risk mitigation strategies to support sustainable deal-making.
* Provide strategic leadership to the investment attraction team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation, results, and cross-border collaboration.
* Report regularly to executive leadership and stakeholders on pipeline progress, strategic risks, deal status, and key performance indicators.

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
* Minimum 15 years of experience in investment promotion, real estate development, private equity, or strategic advisory roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
* Demonstrated success in originating and closing large-scale investment deals (USD 100M+), preferably within real estate, tourism, infrastructure, or mega/giga projects.
* Strong understanding of PPP frameworks, investment law, risk management, and financial modeling.
* Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills; ability to influence at board and ministerial level.
* Deep market knowledge and investor networks across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and North America.
