A newly launching business school in Dubai is looking to appoint a Director of Marketing, Sales & Communications to lead brand build-out, student recruitment strategy, and institutional communications ahead of launch.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who can build market presence from the ground up and translate strategy into execution. The remit spans brand positioning, digital and performance marketing, lead generation, enrollment conversion, partnerships, PR, media relations, and executive communications.
The successful candidate will be expected to shape the go-to-market plan, build a strong admissions-linked pipeline, develop high-quality external visibility, and ensure message consistency across all channels. This role also requires close engagement with schools, corporates, education agents, embassies, and wider stakeholder groups relevant to student recruitment and institutional reputation.
We are looking for a commercially grounded marketing leader with 810+ years of experience, including time in a senior leadership role. Background from higher education, EdTech, professional services, or another knowledge-led sector will be valuable. Strong knowledge of the UAE and wider GCC market is important, along with the ability to operate effectively in a pre-launch, high-ambiguity environment.
