We are currently working for a Global Bulge Bracket Investment Bank who are looking to hire a Director to their MENA Debt Capital Markets team based out of Dubai.
This role will focus on structuring and executing debt financing solutions for a diverse range of clients, including corporates, financial institutions, and sovereign entities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the regional market dynamics, extensive experience in debt issuance, and a proven track record in managing client relationships and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Debt Issuance Processes: Oversee the structuring, execution, and syndication of debt offerings, including bonds, loans, and other capital market instruments.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their financing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics in the MENA region.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the Debt Capital Markets team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams within the investment bank, including equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and research, to provide holistic solutions to clients.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with relevant regulations and internal policies, and stay updated on changes in the regulatory landscape.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the firm at industry conferences and seminars, contributing to the firm's visibility and reputation as a leader in debt capital markets.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in debt capital markets, investment banking, or related financial services, with a strong focus on the MENA region.
