Job Description
Handle day-to-day operations of the Mobility section and focus on distributing all correspondences to relevant functions with objective approach. Manage the sales operations for carrier and roaming services portfolio. Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and Sales Growth. Responsible for the revenue targets in mobility business, and retention of existing customers/business. Manage our Roaming as a Service (RaaS) portfolio, travel esim and IoT.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for 56M AED revenues for mobility services. Handle day-to-day operations of mobility customers
- Define the vision, strategy, portfolio, go-to market and business plan for Advanced Mobility in line with International players in the same space
- Position mobility services and messaging exclusivity deals with e& Operating Companies, MNOs and other partners globally and align with regional teams
- Builds a strong e& hub connecting all opcos to all existing services and prepares for upselling new services
- Manages a team of sales and account managers who build a strong foundation with customers and upsell services portfolio with focus on building e& group synergies
- Lead a team of sales & account managers to grow the trading business achieving YoY growth towards fulfilling the D2D plan
- Create bundle of services where applicable between IR, voice and/or data services
- Generates new sales opportunities by communicating customer needs and recommends solutions to appropriate sections; follows-up upon development/ implementation.
- Keep senior leadership team informed on any market changes, tactical issues for product/service update & strategy formulation regularly.
- Enhance the e& corporation's image through regular attendance at events and conferences.
- Monitors and reviews sales revenues, forecasting and healthy pipeline growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or business administration/Marketing
- 15+ years of experience in sales in the telecom business and specially roaming business
