We are seeking a visionary Director, Nightlife & Entertainment to lead, shape, and elevate the nightlife and entertainment offering at One & Only One Za'abeel. This is a unique opportunity to design and deliver worldclass experiences that define the city's newest landmark.
Job Description
As Director of Nightlife & Entertainment, you will oversee the full strategic, creative, and operational direction of nightlife experiences across One & Only One Za'abeel. You will lead the development of a compelling entertainment strategy and annual events calendar that positions the destination as a regional benchmark for nightlife excellence.
Your role includes curating toptier entertainment programminglive performances, DJs, themed conceptswhile building strong collaborations with marketing, F&B, security, and external partners. You will identify industry trends, engage leading performers and promoters, and ensure seamless execution across all venues.
You will lead budgeting and performance analysis, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, and drive costeffective, highimpact results. As a people leader, you will build and develop a highperforming team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration while maintaining strong alignment with One & Only's values and standards.
This role is ideal for a dynamic, culturally aware leader with a passion for entertainment, a sharp commercial mindset, and the ability to influence, inspire, and elevate guest experiences at every touchpoint.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Senior leadership experience in nightlife and/or entertainment industry
- Strong knowledge of global nightlife, music, and entertainment trends
- Proven ability to curate largescale entertainment concepts and events
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and fastpaced schedules
- International experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, POS, Opera, and reservation systems
- Strong financial acumen
