Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and developers, and supporting the company's growth strategy within the construction sector. The role focuses on project acquisition, market expansion, and enhancing the company's competitive position.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and construction projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.
Prepare and present company profiles, technical presentations, and proposals.
Coordinate with tendering, technical office, and estimation teams during bid preparation.
Follow up on submitted tenders and negotiate contracts with clients.
Attend meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and networking events.
Support management in developing sales and business growth strategies.
Prepare periodic reports on business development activities and performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical preferred) or Business Administration.
1015 years of experience in business development within the construction or contracting industry.
Strong knowledge of the construction market and tendering processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Very good command of English (written and spoken).
Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems is a plus).
Work conditions:
Location : 6 of October City, Giza , Egypt
From 9:00am till 5:00pm
Fridays and Saturdays off.
