Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Director of Business Development, located in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, with flexibility for some remote work. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading business planning initiatives, generating new leads, negotiating contracts, and overseeing account management to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Business Planning
  • Expertise in Lead Generation and Contract Negotiation
  • Strong experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a target-driven, collaborative environment
  • Experience within the design and construction or real estate sectors is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup and adapt to a dynamic work environment

  • Identify and secure new construction and fit-out projects
  • Build relationships with developers, contractors, and consultants
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts
  • Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline
  • Achieve defined annual revenue targets

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of business development experience in construction or fit-out
  • Strong network within Eastern Province
  • Proven track record of closing mid-to-large scale projects
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset

Compensation Structure

  • Commission-only structure
  • 2% on secured and collected projects
  • 3% performance tier on exceeding annual targets
  • Unlimited earning potential
  • Direct reporting to CEO
  • Full executive support for proposal and execution

Top performers in this role can generate substantial six-figure annual earnings.
