Job Description

We seek a Director of Channel Sales for the Middle East and Africa. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our regional expansion.

We are looking for a strategic heavy-hitter to lead a hybrid Direct and Indirect sales engine. This isn't just about managing partners; it's about building a dominant market presence for our Tier-1 Specialty Retail POS platform in a high-growth territory.

Key Strategic Mandates:

  • Orchestrate the Ecosystem: Design and execute a sophisticated channel strategy that expands our footprint across key MEA hubs, focusing on high-value specialty and enterprise retail segments.
  • Partner Activation: Identify, recruit, and empower a premier network of Distributors and VARs (Value Added Resellers), transforming them into high-performing extensions of our brand.
  • Hybrid Sales Leadership: Masterfully balance direct enterprise accounts with partner-led deals to eliminate channel conflict and maximize ARR.
  • Executive Presence: Act as the face of the firm in high-stakes negotiations, co-selling with partners to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with the region's largest retailers.
  • Performance Intelligence: Use data-driven insights to forecast pipeline accuracy, optimize territory mix, and ensure consistent over-achievement of regional quotas.

Your Profile:

  • Retail Tech Veteran: 10+ years in B2B software sales, with a deep specialization in the Specialty Retail ecosystem (POS, CRM, Omnichannel).
  • Channel Architect: At least 5 years of proven success building and scaling indirect sales networks specifically within the MEA market.
  • Cultural Navigator: Native or fluent Arabic is highly preferred, alongside a deep understanding of the unique business etiquette and retail landscape of the Middle East.
  • Remote-First Leader: The ability to operate autonomously in a high-growth environment, managing cross-time-zone collaboration with ease.
  • Deal Closer: A track record of unlocking complex enterprise software deals and managing the nuances of SaaS implementation cycles.
