Baron Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Food & Beverage (German Speaker) to lead and enhance Food & Beverage operations across our luxury resort portfolio, ensuring excellence in guest experience, quality, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations in line with luxury brand standards
- Drive guest satisfaction, innovation, and service excellence
- Manage budgets, cost control, forecasting, and profitability
- Lead, coach, and develop F&B management and service teams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and corporate standards
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to maximize revenue opportunities
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as Director of F&B or in a senior F&B leadership role within luxury hotels or resorts
- Strong leadership, financial, and operational expertise
- Fluent in German and English (mandatory)
- Guest-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resort and international guest experience is highly preferred
