Summary-
The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, including financial planning and analysis, budget management, financial reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibility-
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize the company's financial performance.
- Manage the budgeting process and ensure financial targets are met.
- Prepare financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability.

Candidate Requirements-
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, with a track record of financial management and strategic planning.
