Job Description

The Director of Influencer & Brand Partnerships is responsible for leading the strategic vision, growth, and performance of Ego & East's Talent Management division. This role oversees the management and development of a roster of talents, including high-profile and celebrity figures, while driving innovative brand partnerships that strengthen the agency's market positioning and revenue growth.

This position requires a forward-thinking leader who combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring that all talent and brand initiatives align with long-term business goals. The Director will manage a growing team, build and nurture key client relationships, and oversee negotiations and partnership activations across the MENA region and beyond.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of influencer marketing, brand strategy, and the luxury and lifestyle landscape, with proven experience in driving large-scale partnerships and managing high-performing teams.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Growth

  • Own and drive the commercial growth of the Talent & Partnerships division, with clear accountability for revenue targets and overall performance.
  • Identify, develop, and secure high-value brand partnerships, collaborations, and new business opportunities across regional and international markets.
  • Leverage an established network of brands, agencies, and decision-makers to generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Lead the development of strategic proposals, RFP responses, and partnership frameworks, ensuring innovative and competitive positioning.
  • Continuously identify new revenue streams, market opportunities, and expansion areas to scale the division sustainably.

Influencer / Talent Strategy & Relationship Management

  • Define and lead the long-term vision and positioning of the talent roster, ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectives.
  • Oversee the management and development of high-profile and emerging talent, driving growth, visibility, and commercial success.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with talents, acting as a senior advisor on career strategy, partnerships, and brand positioning.
  • Identify, attract, and sign top-tier and high-potential talent that strengthens the agency's portfolio and competitive edge.
  • Oversee and lead all negotiations for brand deals, ensuring optimal value, alignment, and long-term partnership opportunities.

Brand Partnerships & Strategic Collaborations

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key brands, partners, and stakeholders across luxury, fashion, and lifestyle industries.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for strategic partnerships, ensuring high-level client servicing and long-term collaboration success.
  • Drive the ideation and execution of innovative campaigns and partnerships that elevate both talent and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, marketing, events, and creative teams to deliver integrated and impactful campaigns.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, structure, and scale a high-performing Talent & Partnerships team, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
  • Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and direction to senior and mid-level team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Establish processes, frameworks, and best practices to ensure operational excellence and scalability of the division.
  • Oversee team performance, ensuring alignment with business goals, client expectations, and agency standards.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • 1012+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or related fields, with significant leadership exposure.
  • Strong background in luxury, fashion, and lifestyle industries.
  • Proven track record in business development, revenue generation, and securing high-value partnerships.
  • Established network across brands, influencers, agencies, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Experience managing and scaling teams and business units.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or French is a plus).
