Director of IT to join

The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include
- Lead high-impact technology projects across luxury hotel openings, renovations, and corporate initiatives, shaping the digital foundation of world-class hospitality.
- Drive innovation and efficiency by developing and implementing cutting-edge IT standards, infrastructure solutions, and service frameworks that elevate guest and colleague experiences.
- Collaborate with global stakeholdersincluding owners, project managers, and vendorsto deliver seamless technology integration across multiple properties and regions.
- Own the full project lifecycle, from strategic planning and budgeting to installation, commissioning, and operational handover, ensuring flawless execution every step of the way.
- Be at the forefront of digital transformation, introducing smart technologies and scalable IT systems that align with brand standards and future growth.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Proven IT leader with 10+ years of experience delivering complex hospitality tech projects, including pre-openings and renovations.
- Hands-on expert in hotel IT infrastructurenetworks, servers, cabling, and core systems.
- Strategic thinker who sets and enforces high IT standards across multiple properties.
- Strong collaborator skilled in managing global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Qualified professional with a degree in IT or related field; PMP certification a plus.
