Job Description

The Director of Marketing Brand is responsible for defining, protecting, and evolving the brand's long-term strategy, positioning, and reputation across all markets (UAE, UK, KSA). This role acts as the senior brand custodian, ensuring the brand consistently reflects luxury, credibility, and long-term equity while allowing for controlled, market-specific adaptation.

The role leads brand strategy, PR, reputation management, partnerships, governance, and global brand alignment, working closely with leadership, legal teams, external partners, and global brand stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Define and own the brand vision, positioning, pillars, narrative, and architecture across all markets.
  • Establish and reinforce brand pillars that reflect luxury, trust, and long-term value creation.
  • Ensure strategic consistency of the core brand while enabling thoughtful local adaptation without dilution.
  • Lead quarterly brand performance and positioning reviews across markets.
  • Drive annual brand and communications planning aligned with business objectives.

Brand Governance, Guidelines & Tone of Voice

  • Own, evolve, and safeguard brand guidelines, tone of voice, and brand governance frameworks.
  • Ensure consistent brand expression across all channels, touchpoints, and geographies.
  • Act as the final authority on brand alignment, approvals, and external perception.

PR & External Communications

  • Set and lead the global PR and external communications strategy in line with brand positioning and commercial priorities.
  • Oversee development and final sign-off of all press releases, official statements, leadership quotes, and key messages.
  • Own PR narratives, press angles, and communication sequencing for launches, new homes, and major announcements across markets.
  • Ensure all external communications are accurate, aligned, and reputationally sound.

Reputation & Crisis Management

  • Lead reputation management, issue handling, and crisis response in close coordination with Legal, Leadership, and external advisors.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for high-risk reputational matters.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate reputational risks.

Awards & Recognition

  • Define and execute a selective, positioning-led awards and recognition strategy focused on credibility and long-term brand value.
  • Ensure awards activity supports strategic brand objectives rather than volume or visibility alone.

Partnerships & Influencers

  • Shape, approve, and govern strategic partnerships and KOL/influencer initiatives aligned with UHNW expectations and global brand credibility.
  • Ensure all collaborations enhance brand equity and align with long-term positioning.

Global Brand Alignment & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison with global brand stakeholders for brand approvals, global launches, and compliance matters.
  • Ensure alignment with global brand standards while supporting market-specific strategies where appropriate.
  • Lead brand readiness for new market onboarding and expansion initiatives.
  • Align leadership and senior stakeholders on major brand, communications, and reputation initiatives.

Brand Presentations & Leadership Materials

  • Build and own brand presentations, company overviews, and strategic brand reports across markets.
  • Support leadership with clear, compelling brand narratives for internal and external audiences.
