Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for formulating the technology development plan of the oilfield technical service company.

2. Responsible for the overall management of new product development and technology introduction, and improving the technology pipeline of the oilfield technical service company.

3. Responsible for the overall management of technological innovation and cooperation of the oilfield technical service company.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in petroleum engineering, reservoir geology, or related fields; over 10 years of experience in the petroleum industry; experience working for a well-known oilfield service company is preferred.

2. Familiar with the development trends and cutting-edge developments in global oil and gas field development technologies.

3. Possess leadership and team management skills; able to organize and coordinate internal and external resources, motivate team members, make rapid decisions in complex situations, and effectively solve problems.

4. Proficient in English and Arabic, with strong oral and written communication skills; willing to be deployed globally; able to adapt to overseas work environments and cultural differences; possess cross-cultural communication and management skills.
